DT1/DT2 Satisfaction Guarantee

Subject to the terms set forth herein, Warrior guarantees that you will be satisfied with your new Warrior Covert DT1 or DT2 hockey stick. If not satisfied, for any reason, you may obtain a refund of the purchase price minus any shipping charges on the original order, or a new Warrior stick of equal or lesser value.

IMPORTANT: To obtain the DT1/DT2 Satisfaction Guarantee, you must provide (1) a valid sales receipt (showing a purchase of a Covert D1 or D2 stick during the program period) from an authorized dealer located in either the U.S. or Canada, and (2) fill out the Covert Returns Authorization Form available at warrior.com/covert. The DT1/DT2 Satisfaction Guarantee is applicable only to individual, end-user sales for personal use. Bulk or multi-unit sales to teams or organizations do not qualify. Only one claim per household shall be permitted.

Term: The DT1/DT2 Satisfaction Guarantee is only valid for the Covert DT1 or DT2 sticks purchased between the dates of November 20, 2012, and January 20, 2013 from an authorized dealer located in either U.S. or Canada. Upon expiration of the program, or for any purchase of DT1 or DT2 Warrior hockey stick that fails to meet these program terms, Warrior’s standard 30 day warranty shall apply.

DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF REMEDIES

YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS DT1/DT2 SATISFACTION GUARANTEE PROGRAM SHALL BE YOUR CHOICE OF EITHER A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE MINUS SHIPPING PAID FOR THE STICK OR A NEW WARRIOR® BRAND HOCKEY STICK OF EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE WHICH YOU WILL RECEIVE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE LAST TO OCCUR OF (i) RECEIPT BY WARRIOR OF A COMPLETED COVERT RETURNS AUTHORIZATION FORM AND VALID SALES RECEIPT, (ii) ACCEPTANCE OF THE CLAIM BY WARRIOR, (iii) RECEIPT BY WARRIOR OF YOUR SELECTION OF THE REMEDY (i.e. REFUND OR NEW STICK), AND (iv) RECEIPT BY WARRIOR OF THE DT1 or DT2 WITH WHICH YOU ARE DISSATISFIED. WARRIOR DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. WARRIOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND FOR ANY REASON.

Processing: : Return of the Covert DT1 or DT2 stick under this program, along with the fully completed Covert Returns Authorization Form (follow directions at warrior.com/covert), shall be sent to (USA) Warrior Sports at 32125 Hollingsworth, Warren, MI 48092 or (Canada) UPS, Attn: Warrior Sports, 4150 Mainway, Burlington, ON Canada, L7L 0A6, and postage or shipping charges shall be at the customer’s expense. If customer selects a new stick, rather than a refund, Warrior may provide that new stick to the local dealer from whom customer purchased the Covert stick, for pick-up by customer at the local dealer, or may ship the new stick in satisfaction of this program directly to customer at the address provided, in either case at Warrior’s expense. If customer selects a refund of the purchase price, Warrior will mail such refund to the address provided by customer at Warrior’s expense.
